All of our classes are taken by Koko during her pregnancy.
We as mums understand that you must move and remain strong through your pregnancy but also listen to your body.
Your core, glutes and back are so important to strengthen to support you and your baby.
We encourage you to speak to your doctor before starting new movements.

  • MOD BACK PREGNANCY

    Pregnancy back workout 10 minutes, using a support chair and a set of dumbbells. We suggest you add on another workout onto this one.

  • MOD BODY PREGNANCY

    A 30 minute mod body pregnancy workout with Koko using a fit ball or chair, booty band and a theraband.

  • MOD ARMS PREGNANCY

    A 30 minute pregnancy arms workout with Koko using a support chair, light/ medium dumbbells and a theraband.

  • MOD PREGNANCY LEGS

    Pregnancy legs with Koko using medium dumbbells to keep you functionally strong throughout your trimesters.

    A 15 minute pregnancy back workout with Koko using a theraband.
    Add a leg or booty session on to this to complete a full body session.

    It is so important to keep moving whilst pregnant and this class taken by Alex is just what we suggest.
    This is a 20 minute Pregnancy pilates class using a theraband.
